Plans & Billing
Starter suits small agencies or solo owners: three admin seats, smart auto-rooming and up to 250 pilgrims per year. Professional adds seven more seats (ten in total), financial dashboards, invoicing, campaigns and up to 1,500 pilgrims per year — ideal for teams that want to track profit and grow. Enterprise is for high-volume operators who want done-for-you onboarding and data migration, priority WhatsApp support with a named contact, and a contracted SLA.
Starter runs the trips: pilgrims, groups, hotels, flights, smart auto-rooming, online registration, documents, payments and reminders, with three team members. Professional also runs the business: invoices and installment plans, expenses and supplier bills, the financial dashboard with profit per group, email and SMS campaigns, the audit log, ten team members and up to 1,500 pilgrims a year.
Starter covers up to 250 pilgrims per rolling 12 months and Professional up to 1,500, both with unlimited groups; Enterprise is unlimited. These are soft limits — when you get close to one, and when you pass it, we tell you and help you move up; we never lock an active group. There is never a per-group cap, so your real rooming lists, buses and manifests stay intact.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing & Plans inside the app. Upgrades are prorated, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
Free Trial
The 30-day free trial gives you all Professional features for up to 100 pilgrims, 2 groups and 3 team members, plus 100 free messaging credits once you confirm your email. PDF exports are watermarked; Excel and CSV exports are available within those trial limits. No credit card is required.
No. You can create your agency and start the 30-day trial with just your name, email and a password. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe.
Nothing is deleted. For 14 days the panel stays open read-only, so you can still look at and export everything; after that it closes until you choose a plan. Once you subscribe, everything is back as you left it, and the trial limits and the PDF watermark are gone.
Yes, within the limits of 100 pilgrims and 2 groups. Spreadsheet exports are available, while PDFs carry a trial watermark. Subscribe when you need continued access, paid-plan limits and clean PDFs.
Data & Security
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by global institutions. Your data is isolated from other agencies, belongs only to you, and is backed up regularly on EU-based servers.
Absolutely. Our import tools let you bring in years of pilgrim history or active group data in a few clicks, so you do not have to start from scratch.
Yes. Excel and CSV exports cover pilgrims, rooming lists, flight manifests and visa-preparation data, plus PDF documents such as invoices, contracts and travel plans. During the trial, spreadsheets are available within the trial caps and PDFs carry a watermark.
All data is hosted on secure EU-based cloud servers with regular encrypted backups, in line with GDPR requirements.

Ziyara is built for simplicity. Most agents are fully operational within 30 minutes, and the in-app quickstart guides you through launching your first group in about a minute.
Yes. Ziyara is fully cloud-based and mobile-optimized, so you can manage your group from your phone — whether you are in the hotel lobby or near the Haram.
Yes. The platform and this Help Center are available in English, French, Bosnian, Turkish, German, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, Malay and Urdu, with more content added over time.
Yes. The built-in Poster Generator includes ready-made templates that auto-fill your group name, dates, price and hotels. It is part of every plan; during the free trial, posters carry a small Ziyara mark.
Ziyara does not replace or connect directly to Nusuk or your Saudi operator. It creates a structured data pack to help transfer approved pilgrim data into the forms they specify, plus a ZIP of approved pilgrims' passport scans. Confirm their current required fields before submission.
Ziyara provides a standard layout and carrier-oriented preparation layouts for commonly used airlines. They use approved pilgrim profiles, so passport data is not retyped. Carrier requirements can change; verify the current template before submission.
Yes. Every group has a shareable registration link that works on any phone, in ten languages. Pilgrims enter their own details and upload their documents, duplicate passports are flagged, and each registration waits for your approval before it joins the group.
Yes. In the pilgrim form, Read passport fills in the name, passport number, date of birth, expiry date, gender and nationality from a photo of the two code lines at the bottom of the passport page. The photo is read in your browser and is not uploaded, and the check digits are verified before anything is filled in. You can also paste the two lines or use a passport reader. Compare the result with the passport before saving.
