Refund & Cancellation Policy

Merchant of Record

All payments for Ziyara subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. No payment information is required to start a trial. If the service is not right for you, simply let the trial expire — you will not be charged.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their standard policies:

Paddle honours all statutory withdrawal and cooling-off rights as required by the laws of your jurisdiction (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right within the EU/EEA/UK).

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
