Payments and Billing

We use Paddle as our payment processor. All payments, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Paddle and are subject to Paddle's terms and policies.

User Content & File Storage

Users may upload documents and files (for example passport scans). These files are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS S3). You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload the files you submit.

Data protection and compliance

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (for example GDPR in the EU, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA in California, and KVKK in Türkiye). By using the service you warrant that you have obtained any necessary consents for processing personal data that you upload. For payments and storage we use third-party providers (Paddle, AWS); their terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Where required by local mandatory law, those laws will apply. This section does not replace legal advice — if you need specific governing-law clauses for contracts with your customers or agencies, consult legal counsel.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
