The Communication Hub lets you message your pilgrims in bulk — reminders, updates and announcements — over SMS and email.
Sending messages
- Open Communication Hub or Campaigns from the sidebar.
- Choose your audience (a group, or filtered pilgrims).
- Pick a channel — SMS or email.
- Write your message, or start from a saved template.
- Send now or review first.
Reminders
From a group or the pilgrim list you can send quick reminders — for example, outstanding payments or document deadlines — to selected pilgrims at once.
Credits
SMS and email campaigns use messaging credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can top up any time from Purchase Credits:
- Starter: 50 credits / month
- Professional: 200 credits / month
Your remaining balance is shown on the dashboard, and you can review usage in Credits History.
Campaigns are a Professional feature
SMS and email campaigns are available on the Professional plan (and during the free trial, so you can try them).
