Announcements & SOS is the operational hub for group announcements and emergency alerts. Review the selected group and recipients before publishing. Read tracking shows which travelers have opened an announcement in the mobile app; it does not certify SMS delivery.
SMS and email campaigns
Open Campaigns for SMS or email: choose your audience, channel and template, review the message and credit cost, then confirm. Campaign availability depends on your plan and permissions. Check unsubscribe and consent settings before sending. Opening a confirmation does not send a message.
Reminders and credits
Group and pilgrim actions offer payment and document reminders. Verify the recipients and current balances. SMS/email campaigns use messaging credits; check Purchase Credits and Credits History for your allowance, balance and usage. Buying credits has its own checkout currency, separate from your agency's accounting currency.
