Professional adds seven more seats (ten in total), financial dashboards, invoicing, campaigns and the watermark-free design studio — ideal for teams that want to track profit and grow. Enterprise is for high-volume operators who want done-for-you onboarding and data migration, priority WhatsApp support with a named contact, and a contracted SLA.
Starter covers the essentials: CRM, groups, logistics, smart auto-rooming, basic payments and documents with three admin seats. Professional unlocks the financial dashboard (real-time profit & loss), invoicing and payment plans, expense tracking, SMS & email campaigns, audit logs, ten admin seats and the Design Studio PRO with no watermark.
On Starter you can add up to 250 pilgrims per rolling 12 months, with unlimited groups. This is a soft limit — if you go over we simply notify you and help you upgrade; we never lock an active group. Professional is sized for high volume and Enterprise is unlimited. There is never a per-group cap, so your real rooming lists, buses and manifests stay intact.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing & Plans inside the app. Upgrades are prorated, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
Free Trial
The 30-day free trial gives you access to all Professional features so you can evaluate everything Ziyara offers. During the trial you can add up to 100 pilgrims and 2 groups — enough to run one real departure — and exports (PDF and Excel) are watermarked. No credit card is required to start.
No. You can create your agency and start the 30-day trial with just your name, email and a password. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe.
When the trial ends you simply choose a plan to continue. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted — and everything unlocks again as soon as you subscribe. The trial limits (100 pilgrims, 2 groups, watermarked exports) are lifted according to your plan.
The trial is designed for evaluation rather than running a full departure: it caps pilgrims and groups and watermarks exports. To manage a real group end to end — including clean visa exports and manifests — subscribe to Starter or Professional.
Data & Security
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by global institutions. Your data is isolated from other agencies, belongs only to you, and is backed up regularly on EU-based servers.
Absolutely. Our import tools let you bring in years of pilgrim history or active group data in a few clicks, so you do not have to start from scratch.
Yes. Paid plans include Excel and CSV exports for pilgrims, rooming lists, flight manifests and visa systems, plus PDF documents such as invoices, contracts and travel plans. Exports are watermarked only during the free trial.
All data is hosted on secure EU-based cloud servers with regular encrypted backups, in line with GDPR requirements.
