Rooming & Hotels

Ziyara manages accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah, tracks room capacity, and can assign pilgrims to rooms automatically.

Adding hotels

1. Open Hotels from the sidebar.
2. Click Create and enter the hotel name, city (Makkah or Madinah), star rating and distance from the Haram.
3. Add the rooms available to your group, with their capacity (for example, quad = 4 beds).

Assigning rooms

Open Rooms (or a group's rooming view) to assign pilgrims to specific rooms. You can:

• Place pilgrims into rooms one by one
• Keep rooms single-gender (the room takes the gender of the first pilgrim assigned)
• See live occupancy and remaining beds per room

Smart auto-assignment (Professional)

On the Professional plan, Smart Auto-Assign fills rooms for you across both Makkah and Madinah in one click. It respects gender rules and room capacity, and leaves you free to fine-tune afterward.

Rooming lists

Export a rooming list (Excel) to send to your hotels — it groups pilgrims by hotel and room number, ready for check-in. See Exports.
