Recording payments
- Open Payments from the sidebar, or open a pilgrim.
- Record a payment with the amount, date, method and currency.
- The pilgrim's balance updates automatically.
Basic payment tracking is available on every plan, including the free trial.
Invoices (Professional)
On the Professional plan you can create invoices for pilgrims and download them as PDF, complete with your agency logo. Draft invoices are clearly marked until finalized.
Payment plans (Professional)
Set up installment plans so pilgrims pay in stages. Ziyara tracks each installment and shows what is due and when.
Outstanding balances
The finance views highlight pilgrims with unpaid amounts, so you can follow up before departure.
Documents
Generate PDF receipts and contracts for your pilgrims. During the free trial these PDFs are watermarked; on paid plans they are clean and ready to send.
