Welcome to Ziyara! This guide walks you through your first steps, from creating your agency to launching your first Umrah or Hajj group.
1. Create your agency
When you sign up, you create an agency — your private workspace. Everything you add (pilgrims, groups, hotels, payments) belongs only to your agency and is never shared with anyone else.
Your free trial starts immediately. No credit card is required.
2. Complete your agency profile
Open Agency Settings from the menu in the top-right corner and add:
- Your agency name and logo (used on documents and posters)
- Contact phone and email
- Default currency
A complete profile makes your invoices, contracts and posters look professional from day one.
3. Launch your first group
On the Dashboard, the Quickstart panel helps you create your first group in about a minute:
- Give the group a name (for example, "Umrah Ramadan 2026").
- Set the departure and return dates.
- Add a price so it appears on posters and booking forms.
That's it — your group is ready to receive pilgrims.
4. Add pilgrims
Open your group and start adding pilgrims manually, import them from Excel, or share a public booking form so they register themselves. See Adding Pilgrims for the details.
