How it works
- Open Cost Calculator from the sidebar.
- Enter your costs per traveler and any fixed costs (flights, hotels, transport, visa, guide, and so on).
- Enter the number of travelers, optionally split by age group.
- Set your margin.
The calculator shows your total cost, the cost per traveler, and the selling price you need — so you never underprice a group.
