Your free trial
Every new agency starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial gives you access to all Professional features so you can evaluate Ziyara fully, with these limits:
- Up to 100 pilgrims (enough to run one real departure)
- Up to 2 groups
- 1 seat
- Exports (PDF and Excel) are watermarked
This is enough to run a real group end to end. To lift the watermark and grow, subscribe to a plan.

Starter's pilgrim limit is a soft cap — if you approach it we notify you and help you upgrade; we never lock an active group.
Enterprise adds unlimited pilgrims and seats, done-for-you onboarding and data migration, priority WhatsApp support with a named contact, and a contracted SLA — contact us for pricing.
Monthly vs. yearly
Paying yearly gives you two months free compared with monthly. You can switch at any time.
Managing your subscription
Open Billing & Plans from the menu in the top-right corner to:
- Subscribe or change plan
- View your pilgrim usage (Starter shows your yearly count)
- Update your payment method
- Cancel (you keep access until the end of the period)
What happens at trial end
When your trial ends, choose a plan to continue. Your data is never deleted — everything unlocks again as soon as you subscribe.
