How the calculation works
- Hotels are priced per room-night, so each pilgrim pays room rate × nights ÷ people in the room. A quad splits the room four ways, a double two.
- Fixed costs — buses, ziyarat, the guide — are divided by the number of pilgrims, so every empty seat raises the true cost of everyone who travels.
- The buffer absorbs currency swings and surprises. The margin is applied on top of the buffered cost.
